We went for a family get together which involved a meal. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. The food was really good and the setting was lovely. Parking was ample and the road signage was really good. Family members were staying overnight and said the rooms were good and the pool was great. Overall I was very impressed with the Flackley Ash and I would recommend it.

Great welcome and great food. I had the Plough Bunny burger (recommend) my wife had the lamb and scallops while my kids had burgers. All plates were finished. We visited on Saturday early evening and had the only table that was not reserved therefore booking is essential. My only gripe is that it was a great shame that (for the price of the meal) the chips were obviously frozen and not freshly prepared in the kitchen. Other than that highly recommend,
Visited here for lunch with our 9 year old grand-daughter whilst on holiday in the area last week. Very warm welcome and the child's portion of spaghetti bolognese was very generous and ate with gusto! I had the slow looked lamb and scallops - absolutely delicious. My husband had the lambs liver and also thoroughly enjoyed his meal. Will return if we are in the area again. Also the views of the countryside with sea in the distance were fantastic, even from the window, as it was too cold to sit outside.
